Effective Date: August 1, 2025
1.1 TalentConnect, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“TalentConnect”) provide services (as defined below) through our website at www.talentconnect.com (the “Site”), subject to this Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.
1.2 TalentConnect may modify these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the Site or Services after modifications means you accept the updated Agreement.
The “Services” include:
(a) the features and functions offered via the Site;
(b) employment and recruitment-related services, tools, and resources; and
(c) all content made available through the Site (“Content”).
New features or updates are also subject to this Agreement.
3.1 You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. All rights, title, and interest in the Services and Content remain with TalentConnect. You may not:resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the Services;use the Services unlawfully or disrupt their operation;modify, hack, or access them without authorization.
3.2 Content may be owned by TalentConnect or provided by third parties (including employers) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display Content except as allowed for personal, non-commercial use related to the Services.
3.3 You are responsible for all data and materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant TalentConnect a worldwide, royalty-free license to use Your Content for operating, promoting, or improving the Services. You must keep your account credentials secure and are liable for activities under your account.
3.4 You acknowledge that transmissions over the Internet may be unencrypted and that TalentConnect cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for maintaining backups and security of Your Content.
No license or right to use any TalentConnect or third-party trademarks is granted by this Agreement.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the authority to enter this Agreement;
- Your Content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material;
- you are at least 18 years old.
TalentConnect may suspend or terminate your account or the Services at any time, for any reason, without liability. Upon termination, Your Content may be deleted.
THE SITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TALENTCONNECT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TALENTCONNECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED ($100) U.S. DOLLARS.
You agree to defend and hold harmless TalentConnect against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Services.
You may not assign this Agreement without written consent from TalentConnect. We may assign without restriction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Our Privacy Policy at www.talentconnect.com/privacy forms part of this Agreement. TalentConnect complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and will remove infringing content upon proper notice.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources not controlled by TalentConnect. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
This Agreement is the complete understanding between you and TalentConnect. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Notices will be sent via email or posted on the Site. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
